My Passion for Cooking

For me cooking is one way of showing how u love a person. Cooking may seem easy for those but indeed its not, u need to have passion in this CRAFT. This isn't just ordinary its a talent that GOD blessed me with.

Coming from a family who loves to cook but also loves to EAT heheheheh,!I learned how to cook when i was 7... those fried eggs and hotdogs were among the very first thing i learned to cook, I remember my  father who would hold the chair where i was standing, using the pan frying hotdogs he would always say, o anak baliktarin mo na pra hndi masunog yung sa ilalim, o anak wag halo ng halo" those funny reminders my daddy game me, enables me to determine what is cooking 101. I always asked mommy and daddy that ill be the one to cook tocino or longganisa for supper but most of the time they refused because they're afraid that i might get hurt with those talsik ng mantika... paso sa kawali.... or worse accidentally burn myself.... its fun growing up with people who is passionate about their cooking. My grandfather and  father is a CHEF by profession... my tita's  and tito's cooked very well, even my siblings except for kuya who is not into cooking... but my ate and I, we love to cook... Ate even put up a catering business when she was still alive, but eventually decided to close the business since our family needs a huge amount of money for her to survive (my sis died at the age of 33 due to glomero nephritis) its a disease caused by kidney failure.

After that sudden death of my sister, we did continue to love this passion but we no longer owned a catering business anymore... we only cooked for family gatherings and upon request hehehehhe! And even my 13yrs. old niece who is my sisters one and only child RJ, cooks so well.... actually i don't cooked that much lately since my pamangkin learned my tricks....i can just sit back and relax bcoz RJ knows the right procedures in cooking.... we need to supervise him still but not merely bcoz he doesnt know what to do but we want to take a look after him just to make sure no accidents will happen (u know the fire and all caused by gas leak).

In this Blog im not just sharing my LOVE for cooking but also sharing all the gud, bad, happy and sad experiences that made my LIFE EXTREMELY DELICIOUS!

May i be an inspiration to other people, May i be able to touch their lives with this talent that GOD gifted me.... GOD BLESS EVERYONE!
