Arrozz ala Fabolosa

In reality its "arroz ala cubana" hahahah , i just made fun of it and made it Arrozz ala Fabolosa....
Its sunday once again and im at home busy sorting things and cleaning some stuffs before my husband arrives on thursday (yipeee)... this has been my daily routine since my off at work was due on a sunday's...

I cant think of anything to cook but Arroz Ala Cubana, WHY? because when i open the fridge and checked whats for lunch, what i saw was raisins, banana's and ground pork.... :D I haven't cooked this for months now and i guess it would be nice to have this for lunch instead of having the usual viand we have every sundays, like the traditional Sinigang (sour pork soup wid veggies) and Nilaga (braised beef or pork  soup) or maybe Fried Chicken. One thing more, this dish is one of my favorite spanish dish....

You would need the ff:

3 tablespoon raisins
oil for frying
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup sliced banana's (saba)
1kl ground pork or beef
1 sunny side up egg
chopped garlic and onions
salt n' peppah
dash of sugar
soy sauce
1/2 cup water

Start the PARTEE:

- fry sliced banana's , when cooked set aside
- fry diced veggies, when cooked set aside
- saute garlic and onions, when browned add ground pork , seasoned with salt n' peppah with a dash of sugar
- add soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water, let it simmer until its liquid evaporates
-  add raisins , mix well with pork mixture, when cooked , add fried veggies
- topped with fried banana and sunny side up egg...

Lastly be ready with HOTTAH rice and ENJOY:D

This serves 3-5pax
