my ala DongBei's "Kutchay Porky Dumplings"
You will need :
Filling
- 3/4kl Chopped Kutchay
- 1/2kl Ground Pork
- 1 BIG Chopped Onions
- Salt n' Pepper
- 2 Large Eggs
- Pinch of Sugar
- Fresh Dumpling Wrapper
Sauce
- 4 tablespoonful Kikkoman SoySauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 a Cup Japanese Vinegar
Fried Kutchay Dumplings
Let's Partee:
- Mix all ingredients except the dumpling wrapper,Let it rest for awhile
- wrapped kutchay fillings with fresh dumpling wrapper , then ( steam or fry)
